What is Order Tracking ?

Order tracking refers to tracking shipment of the order you placed with your favorite website and tracking its movement until it reaches your doorstep.

What is Tracking Number ?

Tracking Number is an identification number for the shipment sent from one place to another. Tracking Number helps to trace the shipment while it is in transit along with hundreds and thousands of such parcels at the same period of time.

When will my order arrive ?

In a normal circumstances once the Customer places an order with the Merchant website, the Shipment is generally sent out within 24 to 48 hours by the Merchant depending upon the stock availibity of the product.
If you have placed the order using a Priority Shipping method or Express delivery method, the delivery time may vary from 4 to 7 days depending upon the country you ordered from and depending upon the public holidays during this period.
If you have placed the order using Registered Airmail than the shipment should reach you within 9 to 14 days depending upon the country you ordered from and depending upon the public holidays during this period.

My Order ID does not show any Tracking Details, why ?

This generally is the case where your order may not have been updated or your order was never shipped. In normal circumstances the Tracking details are updated after 3 working days from the date of your order.
